Bergedent wurde 1989 von Dr. Tunç Berge, MSc, in Bakırköy gegründet — einem der etabliertesten Medizinviertel Istanbuls. Eine zweite Klinik wurde in Vadistanbul, Sarıyer, eröffnet, um Patienten anzudienen, die über den Norden Istanbuls und die internationalen Flughäfen anreisen.
