Bergedent fue fundada en 1989 por MSc Dt. Tunç Berge en Bakırköy — uno de los distritos médicos más consolidados de Estambul. Una segunda clínica abrió en Vadistanbul, Sarıyer, para atender a pacientes que llegan desde el norte de Estambul y los aeropuertos internacionales.
